ChiroSOAPE is tremendously versatile and can be run in-house or in the cloud. Whether you are at home, remotely working, or on vacation it has become necessary to access medical records on-the-go. In this regard, the in-house solution could perform poorly even when accessed remotely when not designed for the cloud.
ChiroSOAPE has been built from the ground-up and specifically for the cloud. This allows a fast, optimized, and efficient system to send and receive data. You can access you data through Chrome, Internet Explorer, Firefox, or any other Internet browser.
ChiroSOAPE Custom Subscription Plan
ChiroSOAPE offers free trial for every new customer for the first 30 days. It then charges $100/Month for 2 users starting from the second month(plus $49/Month/Per additional user).
Security and Data Protection
Running a cloud environment has its benefits. First is security and data protection. Our data centers have redundancy built in and are backed-up daily. Our data centers are HIPAA compliant and have measures to prevent server access containing patient data.
Consistent Product Updates
ChiroSOAPE is constantly monitored and updates scheduled allowing you to have the most recent version. Updates are provided after substantial change has been made to ChiroSOAPE. All updates are released only after going through thorough testing.
Speed and Reliability
Our data centers have significant bandwidth and are monitored round-the-clock. All maintenance is scheduled and performed off-hours with notifications for maintenance being sent days prior to the scheduled maintenance.
ChiroSOAPE recommends having a minimum of 1 Mbps of Internet speed for clinics. This ensures that clinics doing a lot of documentation have enough bandwidth. ChiroSOAPE optimizes each scanned document, but images are still large.

ChiroSOAPE In-House Server Subscription

Running ChiroSOAPE on an in-house server requires the server to match our server hardware requirements. Running ChiroSOAPE in-house requires the following additional IT requirements:
- Server Hardware (must meet hardware specifications)
- SQL Server License
- Backup Solution
Existing Server
If you already have an in-house server that meets the hardware requirements then this would allow you to repurpose that server to host ChiroSOAPE and its data. This saves you money and time that you invest in setting up a server for the software.
Internet Connection
Setting up an in-house server is most beneficial in areas where there is no reliable Internet connection. It is also beneficial to set-up in-house where a high-speed connection is available but significantly unreliable.
Privacy
Setting-up on an in-house server gives you an additional level of security and is most applicable to those practices that do not want to have their patient data residing on other systems. This allows for quick access to Protected Health Information (PHI).
Customization
With the implementing of an in-house server, ChiroSOAPe is customized based on the requirements provided. These include doctor forms, Patient forms and online apps that are customized to meet the specific requirements of the clinic and practitioners.
